Terms & Conditions:

1.       Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the confirmed item(s) for 24 hours. Payment must be made within this time-frame to secure your purchase.

2.       Items not paid for within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.

3.       Dead-buyers will be blacklisted from our website and from future purchases.

4.       Our Exchange Policy is applicable under the circumstance that we have sent out a defective or misinterpreted item.

5.       By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Terms & Conditions stated.

6.    All pictures used from Gingerbelle must be credited.

7.       GingerBelle also reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions at any given time.

Postage Details:

    1.       Normal Postage is at $1.50 for the first item and $0.50 for subsequent items for deliveries within Singapore.

2.       Registered Postage is an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage costs and is calculated per parcel

3.       SingPost normally takes 2 - 7 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver Normal Post.

4.       SingPost normally takes 3 - 7 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver Registered Parcels.

5.       GingerBelle will not be held responsible for any lost parcels / damaged mailed out items should you not opt for registered mail. Therefore, it is always advisable to opt for Registered Postage!
